Frequently Asked Questions ¬
Q. Do you offer printing services with the purchase of images or artwork?
A. Yes. If you are currently in the process of purchasing an image (or multiple images) and would like to order prints as well, please notify me with inquiries about this option.
NOTE: There is an additional cost for prints and may vary, depending on the type of image, the type of paper used, and the number of prints. Please contact me for further information regarding this service.
Q. How do I send images to you
to use for my design?
A. Images can be sent via e-mail, AIM,
or through the mail. U.S. Mail is technically the most efficient method because
many people tend to scan their images at low quality resolutions. Please contact me for mailing address details.
Q.
What file type and resolution should my pictures be?
A. If you choose to scan your own
pictures, the files should be in the .jpg, or
.jpeg format (which are best for maintaining the quality of the file) and should
be saved in a resolution of at least 300 dpi. This ensures the highest print quality when
distributed on special types of paper.
Q.
How long does it normally take to finish a design?
A. Designs normally take about 1-7
days to finish, depending on the complexity of the project. I always strive for
perfection and try my best to provide the best quality images for every single
client. However, the image will NOT be completed until the client
is fully satisfied with the image.
Q.
What method of payment should I use?
A. In order to keep the
highest level of safety during each transaction, I recommend that payments be made via a money order
or through Pay Pal. (If you are interested in Pay Pal and/or do not
currently have a Pay Pal account,
click here to sign up.) A mailing address will be given BEFORE the original
image and/or images are distributed. However, if you choose to send
money via an alternative method of payment, please remember there is a greater
possibility of loss or theft.
NOTE: ALL purchases require a non-refundable payment of AT LEAST 25% of the total cost of the project prior to completion.
